I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that the service here is consistently outstanding. The two gentlemen at the front are always helpful and efficient, ensuring my vehicles are promptly taken care of. Recently, I brought my truck in for an alignment after installing new front-end parts. Scott initially quoted me $89 for the alignment, but later informed me that the gearbox needed adjustment, which would cost an additional $200. However, to my surprise and appreciation, Scott called again to let me know that the mechanic was able to correct the issue without removing the gearbox, reducing the additional charge to only $50. Their honesty and efficiency are truly commendable. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy automobile service. Scott and the Alignment Mechanic in the back you guys are hands down Awesome 👏

The rudeness that was expressed upon walking into this business was that of why are you even here attitude. One man is very attentive, respectful and responsive and the other just wants to write you up and avoid communication. The mechanic issues aside also was very nice and communicated thoroughly. We've had many recent services done through reputable shops and dealerships and none of which have responded recently of any issues with our abs module. It wasn't until we had our brakes done there that we started having a clunk noise under the front drivers wheel that I'm sure is a strut failing but you guys claim to not hear it. Then there's the abs and caliper issue again never an issue until having brakes serviced with you guys. On top of that how rude you were to my father and I both as a first time customer and he was told it would only be a few hrs, yet a full brake set on his truck took you guys all day to get done and came with issues immediately after service was done. Any professional shop would have looked further into the issues and eventually owned up to it and repaired it or even discussed a plan to repair it even if it wasnt on them. Went in for 1 used tire. Employee tried to up sell with another tire. Not only did it take an unusually long time, but settings on the dash were changed and the tires were only aired up 35 psi instead of 41. The truck, to add insult to injury, wouldn't shift from park without a lot of tinkering with the linkage. We never had issues with shifting into ANY gear prior to his tire swap. Whether what he did was intentional, or just an accidental side effect of the tire replacement, it left a young woman with a two ton paper weight. Top everything else, the cashier was too busy with "other things" to promptly take payment for services rendered. Things I saw there leads me to recommend staying far away from the OK tires in Decatur, Alabama

Had my car towed in for a major flat/ blow out in Decatur omw to work. I called and told them the issue, and they got started right away, and even was able to get it done for me before they closed @530p. Came and picked up the car the next day and the price was decent. Didn't hurt my pockets at all. They replaced my tire, fixed it up for me, and made sure I had plenty of air as well. Thank you guys for your work. You earned a new customer. I will be with you guys again if I need you. Thank you once again!

Just bought two tires Wednesday October 16th one tire was flat before I made it home an hour away made it back today to get it replaced because of the warranty and they wouldn’t replace it. Said it was leaking from the rim. All I know is the tire before it was still good never leaked and now this one is leaking so that’s 50 dollars lost bad part is someone told me to come here. I do not recommend at all. What’s the warranty for. If it never leaked on that side before and it’s leaking now than obviously they’re the ones that did it. Smh
